Alberta took it's jurisdiction over O&G and sold the resource to US oil companies. This is textbook seller's remorse.
Her version of a grand bargain is for taxpayers to subsidize her favoured industry.

It absolutely could be— she’s contradictory like that.
She has or had a car powered by hydrogen fuel cells, not a plain plug-in EV.
