This was always way too complicated for all but the terminally-online to follow, and the NDP never managed to simplify it enough. But "Fraud," and "Money-Laundering" are certainly attention grabbers. As is the fact that the RCMP have had to go two time zones (soon to be one) east to find a Crown with enough independence - hopefully - to advise on the case...in the past I don't recall them having to go further than Regina.
I thought the investigation into the UCP’s use of VINs and fraudulent emails etc was in ON as well? But the person they sought for this one has experience in organized crime. Which was especially interesting to me.
But let’s hang AlberDUH’s economic problems on the IMMIGRANTS hook.
