I love the « planning beyond the soundbite » reference. Planning? Due Diligence? UCP has no idea what those are or entail. One of her followers the other day responded to one of my comments re Smith stating Smith is pragmatic. I never laughed so hard.
Smith has always been in marketing and still is. That video she did on data centres is a good example of her marketing. Arrogant, talking-down to people, minimizing concerns (a data centre is NOT 'a' warehouse - its ACRES of warehouses with many kilometres of electrical conduit, fibre feeds and water cooling loops.) The equipment humming is audible from a neighbourhood distance ... She really has NO CLUE but she can certainly hum a great marketing tune!! The issue of data sovereignty in Canada has not yet been clarified - but then again, Dani is pushing for separation and likely the 51st?
