Trudeau and Notley got TMX built. Smith has been benefiting from that pipeline greatly since it came online in May 2024. Rolling in the revenue from that thing the “supposed” oil hating Trudeau and NDP Notley did. Smith is a liar 24/7 and she needs to be called out every time she has the audacity to attack Trudeau. Oil and gas should be paying for all the environmental damage they have caused re emissions and orphan wells, etc. Smith is shifting those costs in the billions to us taxpayers. Trudeau was on our side. Smith isn’t and never was. I remember a time in my life when my days and months and years were not spent fighting my own Government and the voters who put the lying Trunt and her cabal in office. It will be lovely to once again live in a sane province where intelligent people outnumber the vindictive, ignorant, bigoted, entitled, brainwashed a-holes
Some of your readers are ancient enough like me to remember a former (unpopular in Alberta) Prime Minister issuing the apt benediction “FUDDLE DUDDLE” during a particular acrimonious session in the House of Commons. When I used to periodically appear on Danielle’s radio show ostensibly to discuss matters with a religious component, I was not a few times left virtually speechless by the vacuities expressed by the host and her listeners. After one particularly eye-rolling session (I don’t recall what the alleged topic was supposed to have been) but my wife asked me that evening how things had gone with “what’s her name on the radio?” I reminded her of PM PIERRE Trudeau’s infamous remark and suggested “I believe Danielle and her listeners fit the description of those who have been truly fuddled and duddled.”
